Announcement    All pillow covers, artwork and mugs are handmade in my Minnesota farmhouse studio. Be sure to let me know prior to purchase if you need something very quickly so I can let you know whether I can deliver. Otherwise, the ship dates on each listing are pretty accurate and I strive to get your order out as quickly as possible! If you need to contact me, please feel free to send me convo and I can give you an update on your order. I do not typically contact you when you place an order unless I have a question or there is a problem, so let me say thank you so much right here for shopping with me and supporting a home grown local business!

Please be sure to read my policies page. I can cancel orders within 12 hours of you placing an order. After that, it's very likely that I've invested in creating your product and can no longer cancel your order. All items are made to order, therefore I cannot accept returns and exchanges.

I do not give refunds if the item does not match your decor, the color is not as expected, or if you do not like the materials used. I will occasionally accept exchanges for non-personalized items within 7 days upon receipt, in exchange for another item (or items), or for store credit. I do not refund or pay shipping for these exchanges. I will not reprint or refund if your personalization was not as anticipated. If there is any variant from the original artwork, please contact me first for approval before placing your order.

All custom orders are final sale. This includes custom artwork items, color changes or deviations from the original in anyway. We will not be able to offer refunds or reprints for colors that are not as expected or problems with artwork you provide. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of the order....after that, the order has already been submitted for printing and cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
